Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment; to ensure your paperwork is completed, and so your treatment may start on time.

We require a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. In consultation with your practitioner, we reserve the right to request full payment if sufficient notice is not provided. Please appreciate that our practitioners are only compensated for completed treatments.
